ABSTRACT

This chapter describes the Instructional Leadership Institute for Pakistani Educators (ILIPE). Since 2014, 60 educators across Pakistan who serve upwards of 45,000 students have come to the United States to participate in ILIPE. Seven principles that continue to inspire the design and implementation of ILIPE are explicated. The author describes the programmatic application of these principles, and the transformative effects these principles have had on the lived experiences of hosting faculty and visiting teachers.
