ABSTRACT

Organizational assessments, and the insights and momentum they create, are a fundamental building block to the Total Innovative Management Excellence (TIME) Pyramid and for bringing an innovative direction to the organization’s performance strategy. Provide employees with progress updates, linking the various TIME projects to the survey results. These communications are vital to the success of future assessments. Employees will feel their input was valued, strengthening their trust and commitment to the organization and the TIME initiative, and will be more willing to participate in the future. A positive plan of action needs to be created and implemented to fulfill the goals of the TIME initiative. Typically, the feedback session includes a review of initial recommendations. Others recommendations may emerge during the feedback session as the data is shared and new insights emerge. It is helpful to document these recommendations and use them as the foundation for the action plan.
