ABSTRACT
In this, the final part of my contribution to this book, I will respond to some criticisms of my views put forward in various passages in Craig’s opening statement and his reply to my opening statement. I have been selective; if I attempted to reply to all Craig’s criticisms, I should still be writing on the day of my death, and my replies would fill several volumes.
