The Third Dragoons Again.—“That in the captain’s but a choleric word, which in the soldier is flat blasphemy.” Harriet Hurst, servant to Mr. Timm, of the 3d Dragoon Guards, summoned Private Sedbury [sic], of that regiment, “for having unlawfully assaulted her.” The case arose out of one which must be fresh in the reader’s recollection.
