ABSTRACT
Sir—I am desired by the committee of the Central Association to ask you to have the goodness to insert the accompanying letter, which has been this day received from the Royal Artillery at Woolwich. After all that has been written on the subject of Ann Goodwin and her complaint, the committee cannot but expect, injustice to themselves that The Times will insert this letter, in order to show the public that their decision is approved of by the officers of the Royal Artillery.
