ABSTRACT

Molly Luscombe is an English and Media teacher from Wiltshire who describes herself as 'profoundly bisexual'. Her chapter continues to tackle bi-visibility and removing the stigma around being bisexual, and offering reassurance that you will not get into trouble for saying the word. Being 'bi' is particularly challenging and misunderstood, even by many in the lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans and others (LGBT+) community, and bi-erasure is a real problem. By promoting visibility in schools, it shows our young people that 'bi' exists and they do not have to identify as gay or straight. Or anything.
