ABSTRACT
Secondary Modern Foreign Languages teacher Faye Cutting, with 22 years' experience, is a visionary Personal, Social and Health Education lead. She has a passion for acceptance and diversity, chocolate and cheesecake, rainbows and glitter, her wife and their daughter. In this chapter, Faye writes about finding a balance between keeping your private life private and being a visible and authentic role model. She also tells us of a time when she missed an opportunity to help a student who had been anorexic as a result of her battle with her sexuality.
