ABSTRACT
Written by a practitioner and scholar-practitioner engaged in large-scale change efforts that center on equity, this chapter explores some lessons learned so far. It discusses why systems change and equity must be addressed together, the role of action learning in finding our way into more equitable futures and introduces the concept of complex joy as a central ingredient in the work of collaborating for big change.
