ABSTRACT
This chapter offers an extensive overview of this volume, providing insightful detail into each chapter and the topics and ideas which will be covered. This introduction serves to highlight the effectiveness of workplace practices, such as I/O psychologists, and allows the reader to more fully examine the many ways in which we preclude large segments of the population from employment and thereby minimize opportunities for building a truly inclusive work environment. This summarizing chapter aims to offer a wider understanding of Neurodiversity in the Workplace by looking into both the importance of each chapter, as well as the volume’s significance as a whole.
