ABSTRACT

This chapter contributes by sharing some of the ways in which one can apply the methodology that has given us so much. As in real life, the key value underpinning the model is trust, which must be reciprocal when one is working with a client. On the one hand, he/she trusts as a professional and sets out to share intimate aspects of his/her life that would probably otherwise be kept secret. On the other hand, he/she trusts that the client can achieve the objective posed, because otherwise there would be no coaching relationship. Regardless of the version of the cards, one conclusion emerged and reinforced activity as a coach and as a consultant: gamification is desirable; it provides good results in either coaching sessions or workshops and seminars.
