Toward accessible messaging and effective climate change communication

This is the concluding chapter to the edited book Communicating about Climate Change: Making Environmental Messaging Accessible. The chapter offers the editors’ final thoughts on how the chapters in this book identify and illustrate the ways communication can and needs to be easily accessible, relevant, and understandable. The editors also include some suggestions on taking the initiative in advancing accessible climate change communication, drawn from across the lessons learned and implications offered by the various chapters’ contributors.
