ABSTRACT
This chapter highlights the views and perspectives of custodian farmers of neglected and underutilized species (NUS) and the non-government and community-based organizations and extension agencies that support them. It highlights the key barriers and obstacles that custodian farmers face and identifies a range of possible interventions and opportunities to address these in order to enhance the conservation and use of NUS at the farm level.
