ABSTRACT
Biodiversity is declining faster today than at any time in human history: 1 million animal and plant species, or 25% of the total, are threatened with extinction. Awareness is accelerating on the need to make a global ecological transition leading the reader towards a sustainable development model renewing ways of producing, consuming and even moving around. The portfolio construction phase then consists of a multifactorial financial analysis of these 200 companies taking into consideration quality elements of business models, growth, valuation and stock market momentum. The accelerated loss of biodiversity and the risk of a “sixth mass extinction” as scientists now call it goes hand in hand with global warming.
