ABSTRACT
Anestis Azas, a theatre maker from Greece, gives an account of the way both theatres and the Greek State responded to the Covid-19 crisis. His testimony illuminates the effect of the virus not only on theatre forms that emerged but also on the solidarity movement that was established in the country to protect the professional rights of theatre artists.
