ABSTRACT

Presenting your project to an investor can be dizzying, to say the least, even more so when you are a newcomer, your company is new or even just a project is new.

The giants of the business world are scary and you have to be clear about some issues when facing them.

In this chapter we give you some keys to approaching suppliers, customers, investors or potential partners. We also explain the phases when contacting these external and unknown entities, such as the prior research, the contact phase itself or the implementation phase. Finally, some tips are given on how to reach these agreements and appear to be solvent and confident, or, if not, to learn along the way.
