ABSTRACT
This essay reviews Montag's Louis Althusser. It highlights this text's idea of theoretical practicing as its most significant contribution to and extension of Althusserian Marxism, It also suggests that the text's method of fixing the materiality of ideology in the texts of literature can be extended to the materiality of the spaces (interior and exterior) and times of 'subjects.'
