ABSTRACT
There have been border conflicts between Vietnam and Cambodia, and between Laos and Cambodia recently. Cambodia has issued an order for national mobilization, while Vietnam and Laos have also taken emergency measures to prepare for war. At the same time, Cambodia has clashed with Thailand. The Albanian Embassy in China distributed copies of that article to all other foreign embassies, further publicizing the differences between the Chinese and Albanian states and between the Parties. Any country which is opposed to the two hegemonic powers, supports national independence, national liberation and people's revolution, no matter what its social and political system might be, and no matter whether it has had friendly relations with us or not in the past, can stand together with us on the same united front. Although the League of Communists of Yugoslavia is fundamentally antagonistic toward our Party, nonetheless it is feasible for the Yugoslav state and people to have friendly contacts with our state and people.
