ABSTRACT
The next case demonstrates how valuable detailed information about an institution can be to a psychologist about to join it. The preliminary information available was rather complex but, for that reason, proved most useful to the psychologist in devising an effective strategy. This is the only case discussed in this book in which the psychologist had the support of our research group from the start.
