ABSTRACT

This chapter consists of a case study that aims to identify and analyze the practices developed by a Brazilian fashion retailer in relation to its supply chain to integrate the dimensions of sustainability. For the identification, we used a roadmap and the research results indicate that the company presents a strategic redirection in relation to sustainability aspects within its products in organizational and operational terms. However, even with this redirection, the studied initiative is still in the design phase, with a minority of suppliers, but there are publicly assumed commitments to extend the long-term supply chain coverage.
