This time of year is one of the most hectic periods for chefs in Norway. In order to conduct all the training necessary for winning the Olympic medals, a chef must undergo a vast amount of training, both individually and as a team. Following New Year’s Eve, Sandra calls in sick to the restaurant and the national team. The coach of the national team calls her back. In the beginning of the conversation, she sounds irritated about not being left alone.
