ABSTRACT

Grace is an emerging corporate leader who has chosen to take advantage of a mental performance benefit offered by her company. As someone that sits at the executive-level, she leads a corporate division responsible for multi-million-dollar businesses and is responsible for a large workforce and their leadership. Beyond being a corporate leader, Grace is married and mother to two children. Sally, her daughter, is nine years old and enjoys school, swimming, and golf. Grace’s personal narrative is filled with drive, insightfulness, and empathy. In the midst of work and family busyness, Grace strives to check all of the wellness boxes. The intake meeting with Grace provided all of this information, and the meeting was concluded by setting some goals for the mental performance consulting work.
