ABSTRACT
The Roosters are a professional rugby team with a glorious history. In the past, the Roosters were one of the best teams in their country’s Elite championship league and qualified for the European Cup several years ago. The owner changed coaches several times, he renewed players, but results and team performances still did not match the board’s expectations. This year, the owner, in an attempt to bolster the team’s leadership, hired two new assistant coaches who were famous former Roosters’ players. Both of them have been captain of the team, and they have played within the group for many years. They know the club and all the former players. The preparation for this new season started a couple of weeks ago. Already in contact with most of the players and already in support of the head coach, Dr. Ment accepts the role with this small capacity for intervention and action.
