ABSTRACT
This case study exemplifies the perspectives of pediatrician clinician-educators and community organizers, in partnership to eliminate health disparities, by incorporating the voices of community. Initiatives highlighted focus on local data analysis for community needs assessments and leadership skills development to propel communities toward health equity.
