ABSTRACT
Leadership has a variety of definitions and results in leaders with very different “leading” styles. Recognizing these definitions and what role they have played in my career will be illustrated in the following chapter. The goal is to foster understanding of these definitions and key principles of leadership such that the reader will be better able to embrace his/her own style, and recognize their own leadership and potential to become a more successful leader.
