ABSTRACT

Chapter 11, “A Dialogue between 3-LM presenters and moderators,” brings to life the voices of our presenters, to whom we owe a great debt. They tell us about their experiences in preparing session material and presenting to 3-LM groups. They tell us about insights they took from the experience back to their clinical work, adding to their thinking in ongoing analyses. Committee members and moderators have interspersed brief commentaries, giving context to the insights of presenters, together elucidating many details in our methods, and the thinking underlying them
