ABSTRACT
The discussion section is the final major section of your experimental paper. Some would say that it’s the most enjoyable part of the paper to write since it’s the least structured part of the paper. The discussion section should include several components, including summarizing your results, comparing your results to research from your literature review, and showing how your results can be used to improve people’s lives. The discussion section should also illustrate the limitations of your study as well as what your next research study might look like. Some novice readers of journal articles skip the results section and jump right to the discussion section because the discussion section tends to explain the statistical results in words that are easier to understand.
