ABSTRACT
Chapter 12 is focused on the nontraditional victims. To the layman the typical sexual offenders are adult males who target and assault females. In actuality there are also other nontraditional or special offenders who also commit sexual assault. These special offenders until recently seldom came to the attention of the public.
