ABSTRACT

The concept of socialism came into existence since the beginning of the modern era in a specific historical context. It was at this time that scholars like Thomas Moore, Saint Simon and Charles Fourier saw socialism as a “theory of an ideal society based on equality”. The first revolution took place in February (March), 1917 and it was named the democratic revolution under the leadership of the Soviets. The democratic development of the economic system was changed according to personal whims and desires. The construction of socialism was speeded up following cruel suppression and extreme policies. The market system is not meant for reducing the gap between the consumer and the producer alone, but it also serves as an indicator of the needs and decrees of the consumers.
