ABSTRACT
Written by a psychology professor, this chapter examines projective tests. Specific tests reviewed include the Rorschach Ink Blot Test, the Draw-a-Person Test, and the Thematic Apperception Test. An emphasis is placed on projective tests as they relate to personality. The chapter concludes by attempting to answer the most common reasons that projective tests continue to be used.
