ABSTRACT

Large-scale transformative change is possible when leaders that face disruptive challenges are supported with learning infrastructures that help them to slow down, to stop, and to attend to the deeper process of letting go (of what is no longer essential) and letting come (of what they sense is wanting to emerge). Thus, the creation of infrastructures that help systems and their leaders accomplish this – and thus activate the capacity for transformational change – is at the core of responding to the challenges of our time. This chapter describes several of the experiential learning environments and workshops my colleagues and I at the Presencing Institute have designed to develop such infrastructures.
