ABSTRACT

Organization is understood to be a living community of people. Knowledge management and organizational learning are closely related to each other.Whereas knowledge management is concerned with how knowledge is created, organized, stored, shared, and used by various stakeholders in an organization, the study of learning organization aims to understand thecharacteristics of an organization that enable new knowledge and how its learning capacity can be continuously expanded.On the other hand, organizational learning focuses onthe learning process of individuals and teams of an organization. The domain, and what and how a learning organization works is explained.
