ABSTRACT
This chapter examines the Jewish origins of much of contemporary psy praxis and theory. It looks at founder figures in psychology and psychotherapy, the history of anti-semitism and violence linked to the psy project and recent examples of protestation, support and celebration of psy’s Jewish heritage.
