ABSTRACT
This chapter will offer the reader an outline of skills and preparation needed to work in a global context, a description of various opportunities to collaborate abroad and use nursing skills in a global context, and an overview of the impact of working abroad may have on a long-term nursing career. It will also provide the reader with a list of online resources to assist with opportunities and preparation before working abroad.
