ABSTRACT
Through a narrative lens, this chapter considers the fluctuation of family norms and expectations experienced by a teenage daughter during and after the process of parental divorce. Shifting facets of identity and feelings of loss are contextualized, reflected upon, and reframed through the positionality of present-day adulthood.
