ABSTRACT

This chapter provides a critical summary of the seven contributing chapters of the volume. It provides an overview of the chapters of the volume and examines both the individual arguments presented in each chapter and those of the volume as a whole. The points at which the contributing chapters intersect and where they depart is then examined. Finally, the author suggests further questions and observations that might be brought to bear both on the issue of psychology’s problematic tendencies and the solutions that are offered in response.
