ABSTRACT

This case study discusses the lived experience of an experienced programme leader (PL) who changed the mode of learning to a blended offer. O'Brien and colleagues highlight the importance of developing a shared vision of the programme with colleagues who teach on it and of having a clear design process. It will be particularly relevant to those seeking to change the way programmes are taught following the pandemic. It demonstrates the benefit of working collaboratively with colleagues who have other teaching and learning roles within the university in order to support the development of the programme and those who teach on it.
