ABSTRACT
This chapter focuses on the ways in which Programme Leaders (PLs) can work with their local programme teams to improve the quality of their student's experiences and the working lives of staff. PLs and those wishing to develop support structures to facilitate the work of PLs be they departmental Heads, Senior executives or academic/educational developers.
