ABSTRACT
Crime scene management requires a senior investigator be delegated to coordinate a major crime scene whereas in a minor scene a junior investigator can be given the task to coordinate the scene. The wrong communication can ruin the investigation and can cause injuries to investigators and officers. In crime scene management, manpower is very important. In crime scene management, logistics are the activities carried out by the different forensic companies or agencies for the physical distribution of forensic equipment or supplies. In crime scene management, there's different activities which are done daily. The packaging of equipment and exhibits is very important. As the interview is completed, the crime scene manager will then carry out scene assessment and conduct the walk-through. The crime scene and its surroundings must be properly assessed not only by the first responding officer but by the crime scene manager and the CSI team.
