ABSTRACT
In this final chapter, the studies from the 12 chapters are compared with regard to the EI models and measures. The body of work is examined across three dimensions – cultural perspectives, conceptual/measurement models, and applications. Selected challenges and future directions of the EI field are presented. The studies are examined in how they address one or more of the challenges necessary to advance the field of EI in Eastern Europe and globally.
