ABSTRACT

This chapter introduces the concept of ‘likenessing’ to contribute to the understanding of common interests or commonalities. Likenessing here is defined as a connection that can be affective, emotion, physiological, discursive and chemical. The main argument is that the relationship humans have with their close environment and with their digitechnological devices can generate forms of relationships that lead to likenessing. Likenessing here is understood as a time-space where we feel that we get affective or emotional feeling of connection with other people, entities and places.
