ABSTRACT
This chapter investigates demographic trajectories and the needs for long-term care in Vietnam based on nationally representative data. It also provides insight into current institutional arrangements, service provision, human resources, and financing. Models for home-based care, community-based, and institutional (residential) care are discussed, along with a case study of International Self-Help Clubs (ISHC).
