ABSTRACT
This edited volume is the result of a long process, which not only brought ideas together but also gathered scholars coming from various backgrounds. Many of us come from different countries and disciplines and do not write in the same language, but all of us are caught up in highly demanding academic schedules. I would therefore like to thank the contributors for all their work, thoughts, and time and the energy they put in the various versions of their chapters, especially at a time when the COVID-19 crisis has put academic (and personal) life under pressure around the globe.
