ABSTRACT

Since 2016, Tecmilenio University in Mexico conducts surveys regarding the well-being of its students using an instrument called “PERMA Profiler”. The questionnaire measures well-being and its five main elements. The most recent sample was collected at the end of March 2020, a period in which the students were quarantined due to the health risks caused by COVID 19. The study contrasts the differences between the results at that time versus previous periods. Tecmilenio University already had in place a well-being program, the study will present the impact to the student population of the quarantine period and the protective mental health factors during the contingency period.
