Learning to conduct immigration evaluations is an effective way to grow professionally and to expand your practice, but these skills cannot be put into action without referral sources. This chapter goes over the benefits and advantages of incorporating these services. It provides marketing strategies for building stable referral sources, tips for working with immigration attorneys and community-based organizations, and advice on setting fees. Special focus is placed on developing a streamlined process for carrying out these evaluations—both in person and via telehealth. The chapter closes by highlighting the importance of self-care and of furthering one’s education in this burgeoning field.
