ABSTRACT
Interviewing CaLD suspects can be a complicated task given the considerations that may need to be given to cultural and linguistic vulnerabilities. Similar considerations may be required when interviewing First Nations peoples. This chapter outlines suggestions for interviewing CaLD and First Nations suspects which will facilitate integrity and fairness of the interview.
