ABSTRACT
Namrata Pathak teaches at the department of English, North Eastern Hill University, Tura, Meghalaya, India. She has an MPhil and PhD from English and Foreign Languages University, Hyderabad, India. An avid theatre enthusiast, she has researched and published extensively in the field of drama and performance, both nationally and internationally. She has four books to her credit. Two of her books, one on experimental theatre in Assam and an edited volume on women's writings from the North East of India are included in the syllabi of Indian universities.
