ABSTRACT

The present yearbook presents an effort to bring together scholars of law, economics and policy to foster multidisciplinary thinking and analysis across subject areas. In the 21st century, problems can no longer be defined in silos to be acted upon by specialists. There is a need to combine learnings from every discipline and then apply them across areas and fields for novel results. Similarly, the study of law can be better moulded for real-world application when explored through the lens of subjects such as economics, political science, technology, science and climate change. The contributors to this yearbook embody this interdisciplinary spirit through their academic experience and aim to bring to the fore unique suggestions for better understanding of the law.
