ABSTRACT
This case study describes how Boulder Valley School District implemented a districtwide food waste reduction program. Readers will learn about key structures and partners that supported program implementation and strategies the district has adopted to reduce food waste and involve students in waste reduction efforts. They will also find examples of successful initiatives and programs that contribute to and illustrate what these strategies look like in action.
