ABSTRACT
It may be commonplace for an editor to feel a sense of relief when concluding an edited volume. There’s meeting the publishing requirements, fulfilling the obligation to contributing authors, the coalescing of individual thoughts, experiences, perspectives, and areas of expertise. Feeling relieved is not the case here, but there’s a sense of hope. This book offers the following:
