Identifying resonances for a reflective practice pedagogy for education and social work professions

This chapter uses reported research from the Education and Social Work professions over the last decade (2010–2020) to identify and generate discussion about developing reflective capacities across disciplines. Specifically, it draws out themes identified from the analysis of a literature archive, which are then used to identify principles that guide the development of pedagogical experiences for the promotion and development of reflective capacities across professions.
